我國巴黎奧運考察團在巴黎時間15日，前往奧運籌備會、田徑競賽場館等地，中華羽球隊總教練劉佳城指出，因為羽球場館還沒蓋好，聽簡報沒辦法呈現這個場地的真實狀況。
劉佳城說，他在會議中問了兩個問題，「第一個就是，這個風向到底是怎麼吹？他是跟我說，大概是往兩邊橢圓形狀態吹，這個應該也會有順風的狀況。」
「第二個就是問燈光。」劉佳城說，由於中華隊3月會來參加法國公開賽，就是在奧運場地進行，不過奧運是規劃三面比賽場地，而法國公開賽是四面比賽場地，所以燈光的部分可能會有所調整。
至於羽球場館、選手村、中華代表團中繼站之間動線如何安排？
劉佳城表示，現在場館目前距離選手村大概25分鐘到30分鐘左右，中繼站的部分是有跟中華奧會討論，不過也要到更接近奧運的時候，整個規劃才會更清楚、明瞭。

Liu Jiacheng mentioned that he asked two questions during the meeting. "The first one is about the wind direction. I was told that it generally blows in an elliptical shape towards both sides, and there may be favorable wind conditions."
"The second one is about the lighting," Liu Jiacheng said. As the Chinese team will participate in the French Open in March, held at the Olympic venue, adjustments might be made to the lighting since the Olympic planning includes three competition courts, while the French Open has four.
