我國巴黎奧運考察團在巴黎時間14日上午約9時抵達後，隨即展開行程，體育署長鄭世忠表示，這次考察主要是針對中繼站、運科以及比賽場館，先來安排路線的動線。
考察團14日抵達後，陸續前往拳擊比賽場地、輕艇划船場地、射箭場地、跆拳道場地等視察動線，但由於部分場地還在整修，只能在外頭勘查動線。
鄭世忠表示，「針對中繼站的部分，目前我們有兩個方案，我們所有的後勤人員原則上會住在巴黎的長榮桂冠酒店，A方案是，我們距離長榮桂冠酒店外面500公尺的地方有一個運動中心，如果運動中心整個規劃看了OK，那麼我們的運科儀器、重量訓練器材以及物理治療，還有一些私人的診所都放在那個地方。」
鄭世忠指出，另外也有一個公寓，因為長榮桂冠酒店本身不能用明火，「所以我們的廚師必須在另一個租借的公寓裡面去烹調所有的伙食。」
「讓我們的運動員不管在中午或晚上，當他們在比賽場館沒有辦法回到選手村去用餐的時候，我們廚師會準備好伙食，送到比賽場館讓我們的選手使用。」

Zheng Shizhong, the director of the Sports Bureau, stated that the focus of this inspection is on relay stations, sports science, and competition venues, with the initial planning of routes.
After arriving on the 14th, the inspection team successively visited venues for boxing, canoeing, archery, taekwondo, and other sports to inspect the routes. However, as some venues are still under renovation, they could only survey the routes from the outside.
Zheng Shizhong mentioned, "Regarding the relay stations, we currently have two options. In principle, all our logistics personnel will stay at the Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Paris. Plan A is that there is a sports center 500 meters outside the Evergreen Laurel Hotel. If the overall planning of the sports center is satisfactory, then our sports science instruments, weight training equipment, physical therapy, and some private clinics will be located there."
He pointed out that there is also an apartment because the Evergreen Laurel Hotel itself cannot use open flames. "So our chef has to cook all the meals in another rented apartment."
"To ensure that our athletes, whether at noon or in the evening when they cannot return to the athletes' village for meals, our chef will prepare the meals and deliver them to the competition venue for our athletes to use."
